Job Description

Patient assessment: Perform physical exams, assess symptoms, and obtain patient health histories to understand their condition. Monitor vital signs: Regularly check and record vital signs like blood pressure and heart rate. Administer treatments: Give medications, perform wound care, insert IV lines, and assist with other medical procedures under physician's orders. Provide comfort: Assist with patient comfort by helping with daily activities and changing bandages. Communication & Collaboration Patient education: Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care plans. Care coordination: Work with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans. Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights are respected and their needs are met. Reporting: Document patient activities and report changes in a patient's condition or any emerging problems to the medical team.
