Patient Care & Monitoring Monitor residents' vital signs and health conditions daily Identify medical issues and inform the consulting doctor or higher authority immediately Administer medicines and injections as prescribed Assist in feeding, hygiene, and mobility for physically dependent patients Provide basic wound care and dressing changes Medical Coordination Coordinate with consulting doctors for rounds, prescriptions, and emergencies Maintain daily medical records and treatment registers Assist during emergencies or hospital referrals Inventory & Infection Control Ensure availability of essential medical supplies and update shortage lists Maintain crash cart and first aid stock in proper condition Follow strict sterilization of wound care and reusable items Ensure infection control practices are followed (hand hygiene, use of gloves, etc.) Communication & Documentation Handover reports to the next shift nurse and update on serious cases Report critical conditions to the founder or supervisor Support care staff and counselors in understanding residents’ health conditions Supportive Roles Educate and guide care staff about hygiene and basic patient care Help during admission health check-ups and discharge planning
