Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Nurse, located on-site in Delhi NCR. The Nurse will provide comprehensive home healthcare services, including patient assessment, coordinating with physicians, administering medications, and executing personalized care plans. The Nurse will also be responsible for monitoring health progress, providing preventative and follow-up care, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing care strategies, maintaining patient records, and liaising with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

Clinical skills: Patient assessment, administering medications, and emergency care
Technical skills: Health monitoring, using medical equipment, and maintaining patient records
Interpersonal skills: Effective communication, patient education, and empathy
Organizational skills: Time management, coordinating care plans, and teamwork
Relevant certifications and licenses: Registered Nurse (RN) certification
Experience in home healthcare or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ANM,GNM,Bsc Nursing)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple patients.
