Job Description

A reputed Diagnostic Centre in Vadapalani, Chennai, is seeking a qualified and experienced Nuclear Medicine Consultant to join its medical imaging and diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in nuclear medicine imaging, PET-CT interpretation, and radiation safety protocols.

Location:

Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and interpret Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT studies with accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise radiopharmaceutical preparation and administration ensuring adherence to radiation safety standards.
Collaborate with referring physicians to provide diagnostic insights and clinical recommendations.
Maintain high standards in quality control, equipment handling, and imaging protocols.
Ensure compliance with AERB and NABH regulations for nuclear medicine operations.
Provide guidance and training to technologists and junior staff when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification: MD / DNB in Nuclear Medicine (or equivalent recognized qualification).
Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
Registration: Valid Medical Council and AERB registration (mandatory).
