NRI Banking Customer Support (Voice Process) Premium Banking

Job Overview

We are hiring for a Premium NRI Banking Voice Support role. The candidate must have strong communication skills, prior banking exposure, and the ability to handle premium customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls from NRI customers
Assist with account services, transactions, banking queries & digital banking support
Maintain service compliance, accuracy and excellent customer experience
Follow escalation and documentation process as per banking standards
Ensure quick resolution with empathy, clarity and professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years BPO experience, including 6–12 months banking voice experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced banking customer support environment
Flexible with rotational shift timing (if applicable)

Compensation

Annual CTC: 3.39 LPA
In-hand Salary: Approx. 25,900/month
