• Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
• Track leads, respond promptly to patient queries, and provide necessary information with empathy and clarity.
• Coordinate appointments with doctors and specialists, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-ups.
• Liaise with hospital SPOCs to align patient benefits, admission formalities, and smooth discharge processes.
• Work closely with internal teams (medical, operations, insurance, wellness programs) to deliver a unified experience.
• Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Capture patient feedback, escalate issues where needed, and ensure concerns are resolved swiftly.
• Maintain MIS, dashboards, and reports to track leads, conversions, feedback, and overall program impact
. • Support awareness and engagement initiatives to drive adoption of the care navigation program.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills ability to comfort, guide, and influence patients and stakeholders.
• High empathy quotient – patient-first mindset with sensitivity to critical health needs.
• Strong coordination & negotiation skills – able to align multiple stakeholders smoothly.
• Organized & detail-oriented – proficient in maintaining MIS and structured reporting.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, hospitals, or patient services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools; comfort with digital health platforms.
Qualifications
• Graduate (any discipline); MBA/Healthcare Management preferred but not mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in customer support, healthcare services, hospital coordination, patient relations, corporate wellness, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Background in hospitality, aviation, or concierge services with strong service orientation will also be considered.
