Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development (NPD) professional based in Bangalore Urban. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and managing new product development projects from initial design to final production. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing prototypes, sourcing Raw Material & special processes vendor assessing feasibility, and ensuring adherence to customer requirements and quality standards. The candidate will also focus on process optimization and technology upgrades to support innovative solutions for complex manufacturing challenges.

Qualifications

NPD Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in sheet metal stamping processes & design.

The role includes designing and maintaining press tools, assisting in New Product

Development (NPD), and ensuring efficient tooling for production.

Key Responsibilities,

1. Design, develop, and maintain stamping tools.

2. Assist in NPD by providing design and tooling support Related NPD Documents.

3. Good Knowledge of Raw Material, Special process, sources & pricing.

4. Estimation hands on experience & to prepare quotes to customers.

Qualifications & Experience,

1.  NTTF or Govt. Tool Centre or specialization in Tool Die making & process.

2.  Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Press tool & die design, stamping,

3.  Proficient in CAD software (e.g- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, VISI software).

4.    Hands on experience technically evaluate queries & reply to customers.

Salary will be based on qualification / experience.

Personnel who will be able join within 30 days will be preferred.
