Handle end-to-end NPD activities for aluminium castings using GDC, HPDC, and LPDC technologies.
Lead new process definition from design, alloying, melting, die casting, fettling, machining, and dispatch.
Review customer drawings, technical requirements, and coordinate with cross functional teams.
Collaborate with design, tooling, process, and quality departments for APQP, PPAP, and prototyping.
Organize in die/tool design, casting simulation reviews, and feasibility discussions.
Plan and execute tool trials, pilot runs, and process validations.
Prepare FMEA, control plans, process flows, and work instructions.
Drive production planning, manpower allocation, and preventive maintenance programs.
Implement Lean manufacturing, TPM, and 5S practices to boost production and reduce wastage.
Integrate ERP/MES tools for real-time monitoring and efficiency tracking.
Interact with customers during development phases, sample approvals, and audits.
Ensure timely completion of first piece approval and PSW submissions.
Drive improvements in quality, cost, and process efficiency during product industrialization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgy Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in aluminium die casting NPD GDC, HPDC, and LPDC.
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T, and expert in Aluminum Die casting.
Hands-on experience in die/tool development and validation.
Familiar with machining and quality assurance methods.
