You will be joining a budding home decor startup in the D2C space that believes in offering hassle-free and beautiful home decor solutions. The company is known for its game-changing self-watering planters that have made plant parenting easy and enjoyable. With a focus on delivering top-notch products that combine style and function seamlessly, the company aims to shake up the home decor industry with innovative solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Consumer Insight & Persona Mapping:** - Research and develop detailed consumer personas to align product development with user needs. - **Customer Feedback & Experience:** - Call customers post-purchase to ensure they have received their products. - Gather honest feedback on quality, packaging, and overall satisfaction. - Document insights to share with the product and marketing teams. - **Warehouse Coordination & Quality Checks:** - Liaise with the warehouse team to monitor the quality of plants and products being dispatched. - Identify and report any quality issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. - **Operations Coordination:** - Work closely with the operations team to track orders. - Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products. - Proactively resolve any delays or logistical issues affecting customer experience. **Qualifications Required:** - 0-2 Years of experience in New Product development. - Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi preferred). - Proficient in MS Excel. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Empathy and a customer-first mindset. - Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with multiple teams. - Interest in plants, gardening, or D2C consumer brands is a plus.
