Position: NPD Engineer
Location: Radiant Innovative Manufacturing Limited, Block/Survey No. 76 & 77, Highway Village-Vani, Taluka Viramgam, Gujarat – 382150
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical)
Experience: 4–6 years
Industry: Automotive (Plastic Injection Moulding – Tier 1 / Tier 2)
Salary: As per industry norms
Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business expansion activities, including RFQ management and customer coordination.
• Manage business planning, promotion, and MIS reporting for NPD projects.
• Handle the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and maintain APQP & PPAP documentation in line with customer requirements.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies, internal reviews, and project tracking.
• Lead daily CFT meetings, ensure timely PSW sign-off, and compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Skillset / Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven cross-functional team coordination ability.
• Sound knowledge of worker and staff management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
