Job Title: Sr. NPD Engineer - Manufacturing Unit
Reports to: [Engineering Head/Manager]
Location: Pirthla, Palwal, Haryana 121102
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Company: Manufacturing unit of Auto parts made of plastics, rubber and foam components
Salary: Up to 30% hike
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading New Product Development (NPD) projects
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for product design and development
3. Conducting feasibility studies and prototyping
4. Ensuring product quality and manufacturability
5. Analyzing and resolving technical issues
6. Driving innovation and process improvements
Responsibilities may evolve or change based on your experience and the organization's needs.
Requirements:
1. 4-5 years of experience in NPD, product design, or manufacturing engineering
2. Strong technical and analytical skills
3. Excellent communication and project management skills
4. Knowledge of product development processes and manufacturing technologies
