Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located at EdNet Gurugram Branch for a Business Developer. The Business Developer will focus on building and maintaining professional relationships, generating and managing leads, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and developing strategies to drive business growth.


· Identify and approach schools to build long-term partnerships; organize presentations, workshops, and  

info sessions.

· Handle outreach and marketing efforts to support business growth and lead generation.

· Follow up with leads and maintain the CRM system for prospective and current clients.

· Provide weekly and monthly reports on outreach efforts, leads generated, and conversions.

· Conduct initial counselling calls to understand student needs and guide them on suitable countries,

courses, and universities.

· Coordinate with universities and international partners for updates on programs and

requirements.

· Attend education fairs, seminars, and events to promote services and increase visibility.

· Develop and implement strategies to increase student inquiries and market reach

· Support the admissions team by ensuring complete documentation and timely application

submissions.

· Work towards achieving monthly enrolment and revenue targets.


Qualifications:

·        Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field

·        2- 3 years of experience in outreach and business development in the education space

·        Very strong - English reading and writing, and speaking skills

·        Very proficient in MS Office, Excel, use of AI, and making of presentations and Decks
