Vertical : Skill Demand Aggregators (Training, Internship & Placement)Vacancy : 1Qualification Requirements : Any graduate with excellent communication skillsSalary : 17500/-Location : ASAP Kerala HQ,TrivandrumThe role of Junior Executive – Placement & Internship is to support the Placement and Internship Division in coordinating with students, industry partners, and internal teams to ensure the effective execution of placement drives, internship programmes, and related activities.
  • Placement Coordination : The Junior Executive will assist in placement drives, and recruitment activities, while also communicating with companies to gather job requirements, eligibility criteria, and recruitment schedules, and maintaining an updated database of employers, job openings, and placement statistics.
  • Internship Facilitation : The role includes facilitating internship opportunities through networking, supporting students in internship application processes, documentation, and joining formalities, as well as coordinating with employers if necessary.
  • Student Support : The Junior Executive will guide students in preparing CVs, cover letters, and for interviews and maintain accurate records of student participation and placement outcomes.
  • Industry Liaison : The position involves data management in connection with recruiters, industry bodies, and training partners, and coordinating with companies for placements and internships as and when required.
  • Data handling and report : Prepare weekly and monthly reports on placement and internship activities, maintain proper filing of placement-related correspondence and records, and ensure timely communication between students, employers, and internal stakeholders, Placement requirement collection from all stakeholders and data sheet update on a regular basis.
It shall be noted that admittance to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection processes are satisfied. Detailed scrutiny of the application/credentials will be conducted before the written test / interview appointment. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of the candidature.
