Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Prepare and store ingredients properly, ensuring freshness and quality. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Quality Control: Ensure the quality and taste of dishes meet restaurant standards. May be involved in developing new menu items or recipes. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff, including chefs and cooks, to ensure smooth operations. Follow instructions and directions from supervisors and management. Other Duties: May be required to perform other kitchen duties as assigned, such as washing dishes or preparing food for events. May be required to assist with cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Previous experience as a cook or chef, preferably with experience in Indian cuisine.
