Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cook to prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes for our Catering Kitchen in Mahim, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in wok cooking, stir-frying, steaming, and preparing sauces, with the ability to deliver consistent taste and quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per recipes and menu guidelines. Assist in preparation of dim sums, noodles, stir-fry, soups, and sauces. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, utensils, and equipment. Follow portion control, storage, and food safety standards. Assist the Chinese Chef in mise-en-place and daily kitchen operations. Ensure food is cooked and presented on time during service. Report any shortages of ingredients or kitchen equipment issues. Support in catering events and large-scale food production when required.
