Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Executive with over one year of experience specializing in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end hiring process across roles such as sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance, and support functions. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities:  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles – from understanding job requirements to offer rollouts.  Source candidates using various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.  Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic or video interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on job criteria.  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and communication.  Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment databases.  Build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.  Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor hiring strategies.  Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and procedures.  Provide a positive candidate experience through transparent and professional communication. Key Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment.  Familiarity with job boards (Naukri, Work India, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing tools.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.  Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.  Exposure to HRMS or ATS software is a plus
