Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Non-IT BPO Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for BPO roles. Your ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and contribute to building a strong workforce will be critical to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles in the BPO sector, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for specific roles. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment activities. Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to stakeholders. Key Requirements: 1-4 years of recruitment experience in the BPO or similar domain. Strong knowledge of the BPO industry and its hiring trends. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
