Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
for assigned roles.
Source quality candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and references.
Focus on
Non-IT hiring
for MNC and Tier-1 companies.
Work on positions such as SME, Team Leaders, Managers in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Programmatic Ads, Performance Marketing, DV360), Finance & Accounts (P2P, R2R, O2C, FP&A), Global Procurement, International Supply Chain, Sea/Air Logistics, Technology Support, and more.
Upload non-duplicate candidate profiles to client ATS.
Share shortlisted profiles with leads or clients.
Follow up for client feedback and manage interview coordination.
Negotiate salary and notice period with selected candidates.
Conduct post-joining follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Must have experience in Non-IT hiring for MNC and Tier-1 companies.
Proficient in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must have a laptop, mobile phone, and broadband connection.
Available for full-time work in the specified shift.
