Banking Recruiter

You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—for high-demand banking roles such as:

• Sales Officers
• Relationship Managers (RM)
• Branch Sales Executives (BSE)
• Customer Engagement Officers
• Wealth/Investment Advisors

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring targets
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and walk-in drives
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules with business teams and track feedback
• Ensure timely offer rollouts and joining follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports
• Meet weekly/monthly closure targets

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI or volume hiring
• Strong understanding of retail banking roles and performance metrics
• Proficient in using sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools is an advantage
