Non IT Recruiter

Position : Non IT Recruiter Company Name : Here Quality Excellence Pvt Ltd Website : https://herequality.com/ Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring needs by collaborating with department managers. Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website). Source candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, and networking. Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person). Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Manage candidate pipelines and keep them informed throughout the hiring process. Negotiate job offers and close positions efficiently. Maintain recruitment metrics and reports. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to assess candidates’ soft skills and cultural fit. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Experience Required : 2-5 years Educational Qualification : Any BE/Btech Graduate, MBA, BCom ,BBA Salary Criteria: INR 20,000 to 40,000 (Depending on Experience & performance ) Location : Karelibagh Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
