Position : SCM Coordinator for Manufacturing company (Provider of heavy forging components and fittings) Work location: Manjalpur Headoffice Job Description: · Updating Ongoing status with corresponding departments to ensure efficient execution. · Handle post order coordination with customers. · Manages the flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers, ensuring on-time delivery, cost optimization, and high-quality standards. · Manage relationships with all suppliers, internal teams, Logistic providers and customers. · Provide administrative tasks like scheduling, communication, and maintaining accurate record & reports. · Handle calls and appointments politely and professionally. · Follow up on pending deals, payment reminder and assist clients with their questions or complaints. Required Skill set: · Well ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. · Excellent Negotiating, problem solving and prioritizing skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decision · Ability to learn quickly Experience: 2 years of Experience is preferable Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): what is your current salary & Expected salary Experience: Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
