Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Non IT Recruiter (Freelance) at SBS - Specular Business Services. The Non IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting process which includes sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, post job descriptions, and identify suitable candidates to fill both current and future job openings.

• Experience in Hiring
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
