Job Description

Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-technical positions using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Coordinate and conduct initial interviews (telephonic and face-to-face) to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. Coordinate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events to attract top talent. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 13 years of experience in recruitment for non-IT roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously. Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office. Good organizational and time-management skills.
