Role & responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end bulk hiring process
for Non-IT positions across different levels.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through
job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and databases
.
Conduct
initial screening and evaluation
of candidates communication, interpersonal skills, confidence, and overall suitability.
Coordinate mass interviews, walk-ins, and recruitment drives
as per client requirements.
Brief candidates
about job roles, responsibilities, salary structure, and benefits.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure
timely closures of bulk requirements
.
Maintain and update
internal recruitment trackers, databases, and reports
.
Ensure smooth coordination from
interview scheduling to final onboarding
.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets.
