Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Talent Acquisition

Utilize
Naukri Advanced Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, job boards, and internal databases
to identify and attract top talent.
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to generate a strong candidate pipeline. Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
[16 years] of proven experience as a Non IT/IT Recruiter
Experience working with

is preferred.
