Node Js Developer

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js. Build and manage RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints. Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices. Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis. Implement security and data protection measures. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to define and deliver new features. Troubleshoot and debug production issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Experience working with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL databases. Knowledge of API design and microservices architecture. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience with TypeScript and modern ES features. Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Streams). Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth2, Passport.js). Experience with unit testing and frameworks like Mocha, Jest, or Supertest. Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes.
