Job Requirements Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience and must have a minimum of 1+ years in B2B/SaaS platforms. The years of experience do not matter as much as the competence in the area. Location - Trivandrum Responsibilities ● Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute positively to team projects. ● Participate in code development, ensuring it is clean, efficient, and well-documented. ● Work with product teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance user experience. ● Assist in identifying engineering solutions to improve system design and functionality, with a focus on the end product’s usability and scalability. ● Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and work under guidance from senior team members. Core Skills  Technical Expertise: 1 to 2 years of experience with NodeJS, ideally within a microservices architecture.  Optimization Skills: Basic understanding of code and database optimization techniques.  Product-Driven Approach: Ability to think beyond technical tasks to understand the impact of engineering decisions on the overall product and user experience.  Fundamentals: Strong grounding in Object-Oriented Programming, algorithms, and data structures.  Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of MySQL and/or MongoDB.  Analytical Abilities: Demonstrates analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem- solving.
