Node Js Developer

As a Node.js developer, you will be responsible for writing server-side web application logic in JavaScript. Your role will involve developing back-end components, connecting the application with other web services, and supporting front-end developers by integrating their work with the Node.js application. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. - Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. - Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications. - Create designs for small components and contribute to research projects. - Build reusable code and libraries for future use. - Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability. - Implement security and data protection. - Develop a robust set of services and APIs to power web/mobile applications. - Collaborate with other team members. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Proficient knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and HTML5. - Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express JS. - Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks. - Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc. - Hands-on experience with REST APIs. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5 and CSS3. - Experience with user authentication and authorization between systems. - Willingness to learn design principles for scalable applications. - Understanding differences between delivery platforms like mobile and desktop. - Implementing unit tests. - Proficient in code versioning tools like Git/Bit Bucket. - Familiarity with agile methodology and participation in stand-ups. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
