Role Type What will you be doing

•
Facilitate & execute the responsibilities & duties of Nodal & Legal for all allocated BUs as per the company SOPs • Act as a nodal POC for respective Government agencies & LEAs and maintain good liaison through regular meetings • • • Maintain 24x7 operational readyness as per the instructions of company SOPs Ensure legal due diligence and documentation of company operations Actively interact, coordinate and liaison with police and other security agencies in the circle on all security/legal conditions & related issues, as and when required Support BUs towards liaising with government bodies & LEAs in closing complaints/FIRs, as needed Assist in representing/accompanying employees in Court presence for any business related legal cases • • • Assist in investigation and filing complaints / FIRs as necessary in cases of frauds/forgery complaints in BU • • Support in managing any crisis scenarios at local/regional level during any disruptive events Ensure compliance adherence for all allocated BUs Who are we looking for At least 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, nodal operations, or a related field • • •   Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with government law enforcement agencies   Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with law enforcement agencies, ensuring timely and effective support   Familiarity with safety and security protocols, fraud management, and compliance reporting Fluency in local language mandatory
