Role & Responsibilities

As the Nodal Officer (Liaison Manager), you will act as Trustmore Groups official representative with key external stakeholders, including:

• Regulatory bodies: RBI, SEBI, IRDA
• Financial institutions: Banks and NBFCs
• Government departments & enforcement agencies: Customs, Police, and other authorities
• Secure licenses, approvals, and clearances required for business operations.
• Provide legal representation and ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Serve as the bridge between internal departments and external regulators to resolve issues seamlessly.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, advising senior leadership on risks and opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with government and institutional decision-makers.
• Be open to extensive travel as needed to ensure Trustmore Group’s interests are effectively represented.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and influence:

• Mandatory: Law degree (LLB/LLM) with proven ability to represent the company in legal and regulatory matters.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in liaison, legal affairs, regulatory relations, or compliance.
• Strong track record engaging with authorities like RBI, SEBI, IRDA, Customs, Police, and Banks.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion.
• Flexibility to travel extensively across regions.
