NOC Support Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a NOC Support Engineer located in Vadodara. The NOC Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring network operations, responding to incidents, providing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring network performance and availability. Qualifications Knowledge of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, and network protocols Experience in system monitoring, incident response, and technical support Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with network security and firewalls is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Show more Show less
