NOC Network Operation Center and Firewall VPN Specialist

Litmus 7 Seeking a Network and Security Support Engineer to provide 16x5 rotational support, manage Palo Alto and Zscaler firewalls, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN networks. Experience with LogicMonitor, ServiceNow, and scripting (Python, Ansible, PowerShell) is a plus. his role represents a unique opportunity to shape the digital future of retail while establishing Litmus7 as the definitive strategic technology partner for enterprise retail transformation.

• Monitoring of network and firewall infrastructure, including links and connectivity health.
• Enable Network related metrics in monitoring tools.
• Detection, triage, and resolution of network-related alerts.
• Escalation and coordination with customers internal teams and third-party partners during major incidents.
• Drive P1 and Severity calls till closure of RCA.
• Drive Change Management Process.
• Handle large volume of tickets, coordinate internally to closure.
• Documentation and SOP development to fill current knowledge gaps.
• Proposing and implementing automation improvements for alerting and response.
• Maintaining incident tracking, resolution, and reporting via ITSM tools.
• Configuration, monitoring, and policy management for Palo Alto firewalls and Zscaler VPNs.
• Incident response and resolution for access, connectivity, and policy-related issues.
• Ongoing firewall rule management, access control reviews, and configuration changes.
• Coordination with regional teams to ensure language and time zone alignment during business hours.
• Participation in internal and external compliance activities, including documentation and policy maintenance.
• Support for ongoing infrastructure initiatives including upgrades, segmentation, and policy consolidation.
