Litmus 7 Seeking a Network and Security Support Engineer to provide 16x5 rotational support, manage Palo Alto and Zscaler firewalls, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN networks. Experience with LogicMonitor, ServiceNow, and scripting (Python, Ansible, PowerShell) is a plus. his role represents a unique opportunity to shape the digital future of retail while establishing Litmus7 as the definitive strategic technology partner for enterprise retail transformation. Monitoring of network and firewall infrastructure, including links and connectivity health. Enable Network related metrics in monitoring tools. Detection, triage, and resolution of network-related alerts. Escalation and coordination with customers internal teams and third-party partners during major incidents. Drive P1 and Severity calls till closure of RCA. Drive Change Management Process. Handle large volume of tickets, coordinate internally to closure. Documentation and SOP development to fill current knowledge gaps. Proposing and implementing automation improvements for alerting and response. Maintaining incident tracking, resolution, and reporting via ITSM tools. Configuration, monitoring, and policy management for Palo Alto firewalls and Zscaler VPNs. Incident response and resolution for access, connectivity, and policy-related issues. Ongoing firewall rule management, access control reviews, and configuration changes. Coordination with regional teams to ensure language and time zone alignment during business hours. Participation in internal and external compliance activities, including documentation and policy maintenance. Support for ongoing infrastructure initiatives including upgrades, segmentation, and policy consolidation.
