About the Role
The NOC Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of the Network Operations Centre, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery, effective incident response, and continual process improvement. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and customer engagement to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.

Knowledge Base
: Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing resources for the NOC team. -
Continuous Learning
: Promote certifications, workshops, and continuous skill development within the team. -
Custom Reporting
: Design stakeholder-specific reports with network health and performance insights. -
Metrics Development
: Define new operational metrics to better evaluate NOC -
Regulatory Compliance
: Ensure operations align with relevant regulatory and industry compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- 8-12 years of proven experience as a Team Lead at NOC or NOC
- ITIL/ITSM or other industry-related certifications

Desired skills and requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Switching Expertise: Experience with configuring and troubleshooting switches, including VLAN management and spanning tree protocols.
- Wireless Knowledge: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting wireless networks, including experience with access points and wireless controllers.
- Security Knowledge: Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Monitoring Tools: Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and Wireshark.
