NOC Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a NOC Monitoring Engineer; one who will play a key role in ensuring 24x7 visibility and operational stability of critical IT infrastructure within the banking environment. The engineer will work with tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace and ServiceNow adhering to ITIL-aligned practices and SLA-driven operations. Requirements: Minimum 5 to 9 years of experience in infrastructure or network monitoring, preferably in a Banking or Financial Services environment. Proactive network and system monitoring, incident logging, escalation management, change coordination, and collaboration with support teams to maintain high availability and performance. Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring concepts such as system uptime, CPU, memory, disk usage and link health etc. Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, Dynatrace and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow. Sound knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP and ICMP. Exposure to SLA-driven support models and ITIL framework for incident, problem, and change management. Effective communication skills for escalation handling, incident documentation and coordination. Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts including weekends and holidays.
