Job Description

Knowledge and Skills Candidate should have 4 + Years experience in Telecom/ ISP Industry in Service Operation Centre or NOC activity Communication must be good to communicate with end customers & internal stake holder Candidate should have basic knowledge in Telecom, network, and Transmission products Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication. Coordination skill is mandatory to complete the migration within SLA Willing to work in 24*7 & Night shift will be provided based on the requirement. Good knowledge in MS Office Minimum Bachelor degree/ preferred other supporting certificates CCNA Additional Details: Shift Time: 24 *7. Associate should be flexible for split week offs.
