We’re looking for a No-Code Automation Engineer (also known as an n8n Specialist or Workflow Automation Engineer) who is passionate about automation, APIs, and building powerful no-code systems that make work effortless.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Make.com, and other automation platforms
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRMs, etc.)
• Create and manage automation logic, triggers, and data transformations
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate OpenAI, LLMs, and AI APIs into automation workflows
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automations for performance and scalability
• Document workflow processes and maintain automation libraries

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with n8n, Make.com, or other no-code/low-code automation tools
• Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON data structures
• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations (CRM, marketing, productivity, or data tools)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python (optional but beneficial)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Zapier, Pabbly Connect, or Flowise
• Knowledge of AI tools, OpenAI API, or ChatGPT automation
• Basic understanding of databases (Airtable, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Previous experience working with startups or automation agencies
