Role Overview

• As a Senior UI/UX Designer at NMG Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our- products' user experiences.
• You will get a chance to lead a team of designers and work closely- with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs align with our business goals and provide an- exceptional user journey.
• If you are passionate about conceptualizing, designing, and delivering- solutions for various digital delivery platforms including web, mobile and tablet platforms, creating- intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces, and you have a strong track record of leadership- and communication skills, we want to hear from you!.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in designing international standard websites and mobile apps.
• Should have knowledge of UI/ UX processes.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / XD, Sketch & FIGMA tool.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Adobe Premiere / After Effects.
• Extensive experience in mobile app designing.
• High End Design & UI abilities for International Clients.
• Should be Proficient in any Wireframing tools e.g , Axure or Balsamiq.
  

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Any degree or Diploma in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring design teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel-perfect designs.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
