Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales (outbound calling).
Experience in Insurance, NBFC, or BFSI preferred (Health Insurance will be given first preference).
No significant employment gaps. Consistent career progression in sales roles
Should have achieved sales incentives at least 3 times in the last 9 months.
Immediate joiner preferred or Maximum notice period 15 days
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Candidate should be local from Coimbatore or within 50 Km of Coimbatore
Initial Level of mock call should be conducted to check the sales skill, communication skill, convening skill and confidence of candidate
Candidate should have awareness about Niva Bupa and basic knowledge of health insurance
