Job Description

Designation : Manager/ Executive Legal

Shift : US (7PM to 4AM)

Location: Noida, Sector 4

The role shall be of an inhouse counsel, key responsibilities:

Drafting, negotiating, reviewing agreements (commercial contracts including NDAs, Lease, Master-Service Agreement, employment etc). for USA, Canada & India
Providing opinion on legal matters to the Management
Briefing and managing outside counsel in Litigation matters
Drafting and sending notices for recovery, breach of contract etc
Filing complaints and liaisoning with police and relevant authorities

Experience & Education:

LLB from a good institution
At least 4 years experience post qualification, with at least 2 year with a Corporate
Should have experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
Experience of drafting and sending notices
Good contacts in the Legal fraternity
Exposure to Litigation and familiarity with court procedures
