You must be comfortable turning basic Figma wireframes into polished, functional interfaces, using your own strong UI/UX judgment. If you need pixel-perfect mockups to move forward, this position is not the right fit. This ability is crucial to our fast-paced development workflow, where efficiency, product thinking, and design intuition are highly valued. 🛠️ What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain full-stack web apps using Next.js and JavaScript/TypeScript Translate ideas and wireframes into clean, responsive, user-friendly interfaces Work independently with minimal supervision Write scalable, maintainable code Debug and optimize performance with a product-minded approach ✅ What We’re Looking For: Strong experience with Next.js and TypeScript Confident building full-stack features in production-grade apps Great UI/UX instincts — even with partial designs Comfortable using Git, REST APIs, and modern deployment tools Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills Bonus: Experience with SaaS products and cloud deployments 🌍 Why Join TechFlipp?
