New Product Research

· Conducting market research, Competitive Intelligence, Business Case, Forecast, NPV, COGS analysis, etc.

· Responsible for In-house New Product Research through approved 3rd party R&D Laboratory or CMO.

· Prepare business case, Forecast for both In-house development and In-license products of interest.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams like R&D, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, and Business Development in the process of New Product Identification.

· Manage Product Lifecycle from Development to Commercialization

· Monitor the performance of the company's product portfolio for adjustments or changes as needed.

· Support Product Launch Team in launch Preparation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of Product research experience in healthcare industry especially Nutraceuticals or Dermo cosmetics industry.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of latest development and market trends in healthcare industry.
