New Product Development Manager

The New Product Development Manager position is a full-time on-site role located in Nasik. As the New Product Development Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the research and development (R&D) process of new food products. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the R&D team, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, managing project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and supply chain. It is essential to continuously innovate and improve products to align with market trends and meet consumer demands. To excel in this role, you should possess Research and Development (R&D) experience and skills, proven knowledge in Food Technology and Food Science, demonstrated experience in managing projects within the Food Industry, excellent leadership and teamwork abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment. A Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
