Role Description :

New Product Development Manager

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting market research, developing new product concepts, and overseeing the product development lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Taking ownership of the category P&L and associated activities.
• Ensuring an optimal product mix aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
• Planning and executing new product development and launches.
• Gathering product insights through market research, customer surveys, and competition analysis.
• Identifying and onboarding new vendors, while negotiating pricing and operational terms.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient operations of existing products.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, Growth, and Quality Assurance.

Qualifications :

• 2–6 years of experience in Private Label, Category Management, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce.
