Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad for a New Product Development Manager. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate product development projects from concept to launch, including ideation, prototyping, and testing. Responsibilities include conducting research to create innovative formulations, managing timelines and budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also requires staying updated on beauty industry trends to provide strategic innovation opportunities. Qualifications Strong background in Research and Development (R&D). Proven Project Management skills, with the ability to oversee and execute product development processes effectively Experience and knowledge in the cosmetic Industry, with a focus on compliance and quality standards Exceptional analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail Relevant educational qualification, in NPD a bachelor's degree in a STEM field like engineering, chemistry, or biology for entry-level roles, with a master's degree or Ph.D . in a related field Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care products manufacturing is a plus
