Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and Development: Conceptualise new products and improve existing ones, integrating engineering principles to meet functional, aesthetic, and manufacturing requirements.
Prototyping : Create designs using Fusion 360/Solid Works softwares.
Testing: Oversee and assist in the operation of creation of prototypes. Work with product development team to ensure smooth transition from prototyping to production.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to ensure design goals align with production capabilities and market needs.
Problem-Solving: Find creative solutions to design problems and optimise processes for efficiency and profitability.

KEY SKILLS ( MUST HAVE)

Knowledge of software such as Solid Works , Fusion 360, or online 3D designing tools such as blender.
Must have a good attention to detail.
Must have passion to create new things.
Must have excellent problem solving skills.

KEY SKILLS ( GOOD TO HAVE )

Knowledge of software such as Art cam.
Knowledge of operation of a 3-D printer.
Knowledge of operation of a CNC router.
Knowledge of creating molds with the use of FRP
