New Product Development Engineer

As a NPD Engineer / Jr. Engineer at our company, you will play a key role in assisting our NPD team with various product development projects. You will work closely with the team to develop new products with a focus on plastics components. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the NPD team to develop new products with a focus on plastics components - Demonstrating knowledge about the injection molding process and injection molding molds - Working on new RFQs and preparing quotations - Designing, prototyping, and testing new products - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing - Participating in project reviews and providing updates to the manager - Performing any other duties assigned by the manager - Having knowledge of PFD, PFMEA & CP, and PPAP documentation Qualifications for this role include: - Diploma from CIPET (Only DPMT) or Diploma in a mechanical engineering-related field - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, or SolidWorks This is a full-time position, and the work location is in person.
