New Product Development Engineer

Role Overview: As a Product Developer Engineer, you will support the product team by conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and assisting with product development and launch activities. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in product management principles and involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and document product requirements and features. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, analyze competitor products, and gather customer feedback. - Assist in developing new features or products by collecting user input and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams. - Analyze user data and product metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations. - Help create product documentation, user stories, product requirement documents (PRDs), and user guides. - Assist with project management duties, monitor progress, and coordinate activities across different groups to ensure timely product delivery. Qualification Required: - Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting data and identifying user needs. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team interaction and creating clear documentation. - Teamwork: Ability to collaborate in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture. - Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with product management tools like Jira or Figma, and basic understanding of Agile methodologies are a plus.
