New Product Development Engineer

As a Product Development Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of new rubber products, from concept to commercialization. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development of new rubber products, from concept to commercialization. - Collaborating with design teams to develop new product designs and prototypes. - Selecting suitable materials for new products, considering factors like performance, cost, and sustainability. - Demonstrating knowledge of QC documentation such as PPAP and APQP. - Developing and executing product testing to validate product performance and quality. - Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product delivery. In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and standards will be beneficial. Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices in the rubber or plastic industry, as well as an understanding of customer needs and expectations, including quality, performance, and cost, are essential skills for this role.
