Convert client references into detailed reliefs, textures, and carvings. Collaborate with fabrication and CNC teams for production feasibility. Optimize models for machining (toolpaths, layering, material understanding). Work on sculptures, murals, and architectural art pieces. Requirements 35+ years of proven experience in ArtCAM (mandatory). Knowledge of MasterCAM preferred. Strong background in sculpture / architectural art design . Experience with material finishing (wood, marble, FRP, metal) is a plus. Bonus: Knowledge of ZBrush & SolidWorks . Eye for detail, creativity, and willingness to learn. Take full ownership of production drawings preparing, reviewing, and updating as needed throughout the project lifecycle. Develop CNC-ready 3D relief files for use in carving materials like MDF, wood, and acrylic. Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of designs on CNC machines. Supervise and manage production samples, ensuring quality, detailing, and fidelity to the original design. Work closely with in-house artists, machine operators, and project managers to align outputs with project timelines and creative goals. Maintain and organize all design files, drawing revisions, and project documentation. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the production team on project requirements. * Maintain equipment and report issues promptly. * Follow safety protocols at all times. * Set up, program & operate CNC machine using ArtCam software.

Develop 2D & 3D CAD models for jewelry designs Ensure error-free casting designs Collaborate with designers, artisans, and production teams Ensure design feasibility by analyzing structural integrity, weight, and material constraints. Required Candidate profile Proficient in CAD software - Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush, ArtCAM, Magics. Strong knowledge of jewelry casting techniques and manufacturing processes. Create error-free, high-precision 2D & 3D models.
